Dear Emmy Lou and Byron:

Thank you again for the restful vacation we had in Mendocino, and the good food and sociability.

The best price we've been able to find on Vitamin E capsules is the 250 jar which we're sending you, from Goodson's Health Foods,2165 Shattuck Ave., Berkeley. Bottles of 100 can be had at about the same rate from the Co-op pharmacy, Shattuck and Cedar in Berkeley. We're al-so sending you the book on Vitamin E--apparently the stuff is good for almost anything that ails you.

We went to a very interesting party last night--after an easy trip home and a sleep -- to meet and hear some Black Panther Party people.
