Although the nature of the sickness is not stated in this case, the within account is approved for twenty-nine dollars, ($29 00/100) $3 for visit and medicines and $1 for prescription and medicine, which is deemed a fair and equitable allowance and fully equal to the usual charges for similar services rendered in that region.
