Refers letter of H. Vincent Edgartown, Mass. stating that Charlotte E. Curtis (cold) of that place has engaged to go to Winchester W. Va to teach and deserves to obtain transportation from the Bureau.

Inquires if transportation is ever given in such cases, and if so, how?
