Dear Mr. Grigaut:

Your letter of August 3rd., to Mr. Seligman, has been forwarded to me in the country, the gallery being closed until Labor Day.

I think there is little doubt that when he returns to New York, Mr. Seligman will be able to recommend several watercolors to you and meanwhile I shall try to communicate your request to him if at all possible.

Meanwhile may I convey his best regards, as I realize well how interesting he has always found your activities.
