Museums - miscellaneous

March 9th., 1949

Dear Mr. Booth:

How very kind of you to have written me on March 4th., saying that the exhibition "Four Post-Impressionist Masters" has merely been postponed indefinitely and not cancelled.

Let me assure you that whenever your plans materialize I shall be delighted to participate in every way possible.

I personally have always been very much interested in the Cranbrook Foundation, as I saw its inception when Mr. George Booth established it, hence my very best wishes accompany all your undertakings.

Trusting that on one of your next trips to New York you will give me the pleasure of receiving you here at the gallery, or that I may sometime have the opportunity of meeting you at your museum,

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Seligman)
