Dear Bob,
It was quite a blow to get your letter of May 18th with dates of your Picasso show as we have already written to many of the private owners giving them our dates. It occurred o me that the two pictures which we wanted to borrow from you were Picasso's "Harlequin" and "The Man Playing the Guitar".

It is very stupid of me but I cannot remember whether you propose having these two pictures in your Picasso exhibition. To repeat the dates again, our show is to open Tuesday, October 18th, and will run through Friday, November 11th.

I want to thank you and Mr. de Hauke again for your interest and cooperation with us in planning this exhibition. It was a great pleasure seeing you both and I certainly hope I shall see you again very soon.

Very sincerely yours,
Nat.
