Dear Bob:
This is to confirm our conversation of last Thursday and to apply formally for the loan of the Rhenish statue of St. Sebastian for our Tercentenary Celebration exhibition. The exhibition is to last from early June until September thirtieth.

If your firm is willing to lend us this work, will you kindly let me know their wishes regarding insurance.

We have made arrangements with thw Bowling Green Trucking Company to pack and ship all works for art coming to us from New York. If this arrangement is satisfactory, will you let me know also concerning this.

It was grand seeing you and Helen and I wish to thank you both once more for your many kindnesses.

Sincerely yours,
Charles L. Kuhn
