WILLIAM MATHEWSON MILLIKEN, DIRECTOR
CABLE ADDRESS: MUSART CLEVELAND

May 27, 1943
My dear Mr. Seligmann:
I have just discovered that there is an error in our copy we sent you about the Goya.
It came from the collection of Godfrey not Percy Rockefeller. Godfrey was the second son of William G. Rockefeller, who was the son of William Rockefeller, brother of the first John D. Rockefeller. William Rockefeller II and his brother, Percy married the Stillman sisters, Elsie and Isabel, respectively, who were daughters of James Stillman, from whose collection the Goya doubtless came.
Will it be possible for you to catch this in the announcement about the pictures?
                                Yours sincerely,
                                Marie Kinkwood
