Gentlemen:
At the director of Director Milliken, I am enclosing herewith material for the publicity on the Goya and Aenoir paintings. It is my understanding that its release to the New York newspapers is to be handled through office.
You will find, herewith, photographs of the portraits, a short news release which we will send out through various media here, and a copy in advance of the article in our Bulletin written by Henry Sayles Francis. This material is for release June 1, 1943.
I trust this will be what you need, but if I have omitted anything you think would be useful, I shall be very grateful if you will ask for it. It would be splendid if you could keep clippings of the New York newspapers' use of the material.
Yours sincerely,
Marie Kinkwood
In Charge of Publicity
