Dear Miss Burchfield:

I am in receipt of your letter of January 4th, and hasten to reply that we will deliver the Picasso, "Tête d'Arlequin" to Budworth when they call for it on January 16th., and we have noted that the exhibition will last from January 26th to February 28th.

The picture is automatically insured under our own policy, both in transit and while on exhibit, so that you will be spared the trouble of insuring it.

I have noted on the enclosed slip, per your request, the price of the painting.

Will you kindly let me know if you want detailed information on the painting for cataloguing and other purposes.
