Dear Mr. Levy:

Mr. Milliken has written saying he was in to see Mr. de Hauke the other day who very kindly promised to lend us "Head of a Boy," by Picasso for our Exhibition of Expressionist Painting and Sculpture. Mr. de Hauke suggested that we write to you. This exhibition will open on January 26 and close on February 28 and we are asking Budworth and Son to call for your picture about January 16.

Will you please note on the attached sheet the price and insurance value for your picture and return to us as soon as convenient? Thank you.

Sincerely yours,
