(written from R.D.1, Hawley, Penna.)
August 8th, 1952.

Dear Mr. Francis:

As the gallery is closed for the month of August, and Mr. Seligman so many miles from New York, your letter of the 31st., has been forwarded to me.

I know how happy he will be if you do review his book when it is published, and that he will look into the matter of additional material on the Guardis just as soon as he returns.

Trusting you are enjoying Vermont as much as I enjoy these Pennsylvania hills,

Yours very sincerely,

Mrs. T. D. Parker
on behalf of Mr. Germain Seligman
