Yours of the 9" is received I hasten to reply

our house is 35 x 50 Built Cottage style capable of accomodation upwards of five hundred Children & adults well located (on Clinch Street) near the center of the city and in a pleasant situation. 

The School is to be permemant, the Western Freedmen's Aid Society - stand redy to furnish a teacher or teachers when I shall telegraph for them, which I expect to do as soon as our house is redy. We expect to open with between 80 and 100 pupils, who anctious [[anxious]] and waiting
