Sir: 
I have the honor to enclose herewith bills of Subsistence Stores furnished to Destitute Refugees and Freedmen by various Officers of the Subsistence Department at different points, during the months of June and July 1869 (not included in previous bills), amounting to five thousand one hundred and eighty five dollars and eighty five cents ($5185 85/100), and to request that a transfer warrant may be drawn for that amount on the appropriation for Subsistence of Freedmen and Refugees to the credit of the appropriation for the Subsistence of the Army.
