(2) "One Robert Barker near Port Tobacco agreed with Kiddy Buckner for the services of her son, Beverly Buckner for one year for sixteen (16) dollars, and two suits of clothing per year. Kiddy represents that Mr. Barker has paid her but one (1) dollar and that in greenies and refused to pay her more"&c
