Armstrong A.Q.M. & D.O. for state of La., transmitting for approval the accounts of T. Valade for services of steamer "Hetty Gilmore" With remark. That this account is considered reasonable. It is recommended that the acc'ts be referred to Capt. W. B. Armstrong A.Q.M. & D.O. for state of La. with authority to pay the same out of the Special Relief Fund created by a Joint Resolution of Congress, approved March 30th 1867. If Capt. Armstrong has none of this fund at his disposal the necessary amount will be furnished him by the Chief Disbursing Officer of this Bureau, upon receipt of the account receipted (amt $2012.50) |
