and A.P.A. called up at supper time asking us to come in and hear Victor, we were going but caught in shower at Sinklers  
bad storm. Tea at Sinklers for H. Deborah. Very far

H. & J went down with [[Carie?]]. J brought in J. Marton. long visit very nice. Tel to A.P.A asking him for eve. to sup  In aft sup with Cin & E. When A.P.A. & friends came. He vry late to sup. Victor afterwards. Caroline came to dinner - at noon.

Ther.     MONDAY 23     Wea.
No Matting. did garden chores. Bath. 
Ethel [[greenogh?]]. Came to dinner and sang. H's songs 
in love.
