went out for last things very cold. H. came & we did up his sealed Carol till 10. At 1.30 lunch at Grants, Wendells & Morse Stevens. Nice time. Opened Book fr A.P.A. Provence, delightful with sweet & [[?pray]]. din here. Long call from Rosalind with Crystal

Ther.  Tuesday 25  Wea.
Christmas. Things & flowers. went out and sent some. T. Coolidge when I did not go there. very wise bringing things. nap and wrote afternoon. No one came To Blakes to xmas din Pretty wise, wrote to A.P.A. who went to N.Y.

Ther.  Wednesday 26  Wea.
Long day. To Gloucester at 10.45 with T. Coolidge Found photos. Toasted sandwiches & took snow photos. nice time. Back at 5.30 Mrs Elliot, Edith Bird & L. Booth had been here. Din here and reading sleepy eve. In AM. verses from Updike & nice letter from Hales'

Ther.  Thurs. Dec. 27, 1906  Wea.
mild thaw. went out first thing and shopped hard buying many things Tel from Rosalind to say she could not pose. Tel from Welldon while out. Nap and at 3 he came nice long talk. At seven Potter to dine good talk at din and by fire invited to dine with Pritchard Mrs Gardner & him

Ther.  Friday 28  Wea.
[[?]] fr Joanna, coming. all A.M. writing Harrison Morris came Long nap after lunch here - and then to Touraine to see J.A. Blake there. H.G. came at seven & we had long dinner at Bo Café and to Kalishe. Awful play but nice time

Ther.  Saturday 29  Wea.
[[strikethrough]] wrote [[/strikethrough]] in doors all A.M. Painted on Knight. Lunch here and short nap. Trying all day for Potter on Tel. went out and took note, at four while drawing Miss Stacy got room ready for Tea. Saw Potter in wrapper. Joanna Mr Blevins, Updike, T.C., Geo D. E. Hooper. Nice time Updike stayed after. Greenes din and concert with Bette, P. Heideroper & R. Hobart
