0377 lived at Station No. 2. It was on Sunday night about 5 weeks before Christmas that Witness sat up with George's family, George's wife & two children were sick with Measles it rained all night Sunday night George laid down after supper & never got up until the next morning, - Cross. Witness is not related to George, she arrived there on Thursday & remained until the next Tuesday. George's family were very bad off. They were the worst off on Thursday & Friday night & was better afterwards & walked about the house & out doors on Saturday & improved every day until they got well. George came after me on last thursday night & Witness never heard him say anything about this trial until then, George nor any one else sat up with George's family on Thursday Friday or saturday night. - Randall Rutherford. Witness saw Clark Green near Mr. Woolfolks plantation between 3 & 4 O Clock P.M. on the 2nd. Sunday in Novr. last. It was called 7 miles from Woolfolks to Green's plantation. Clark Green was going in the direction of Mr. Green's & Mr. Bassett's & said he was going home. I saw him Clark Green under arrest the next week. - Kibbee Dinkins. - Witness knows Clark Green remembers that Mr. S. Bassetts smoke house was broken open on one sunday night. - Clark Green was at my house as late as 11 O. Clock.
