associate members, and that owing to the lack of notice it must be voted on formally at a special meeting which is to be called for the 8th of July. He merely asked for the approval at this time for the general sense of this amendment. On MOTION of Mr. Crisp, seconded by Mr. Lober, after discussion, this approval was given. 

MOTION was made by Mr. Juta, seconded by Mr. Hoffman that this meeting approves the candidature of the Institute of Decorators and the Artists League of America and that they be voted on at the special meeting, July 8th. Carried 

Mr Bromberg moved, seconded by Mr Hoffman, that volunteers be asked for a special Camouflage Committee.  Carried

Mr. Bromberg himself volunteered, but no other members present were interested. miss Todd made the suggestion that Mr. Bromberg look through the index, where he will find many registrants who have signified a particular interest in camouflage. Mr. Bromberg will do this. 

Mr. Hoffman brought up the point of whether posters entered in competition should be signed or not. MOTION by Mr. Crisp, seconded by Miss Todd, that they should be signed, and the signature not covered. Carried

Miss Hutchinson and Mr. Schwards called attention to a release of the Metropolitan museum in which it was stated that the jury for purchase prizes int he forthcoming exhibition is to be nominated by the Jury of selection. It was pointed out by Mr. Arms and Miss Todd that this is probably an error, that the Jury Selection is appointed by Mr. Nichole, and the other independence by the Metropolitan Museum, to the best of their knowledge. 

Mr. Sils made a suggestion that Artists for Victory might occupy themselves with design for postage stamps calculated to encourage the war effort of citizens. Mr. Conrow stated that this was already being done and very ably, by another group. 
On MOTION made, seconded, and carried, the meeting adjourned.
