Last night I went to a camp fire, both Brinley,
Wardwell and myself cooked our supper outdoors. I thot of you and hoped that when you are here we might do it marrying ourselves often, take some book with us and spend the evening together. You say you hope might be able to ride, why do you say I had better not? If I learn how and can comfortably do so I want to take a trip out West with you perhaps before we go to Paris. Hope that nothing will prevent us from marrying. ourselves. family. or anything else. tho when I think of what you say as to my being fit for it I feel sad will not say anything more about it until I see you, hope it may be soon. Had a letter from Helen Edson she says she will not come back to W. but expects to get married next week or already is so by this time. Have you had a letter from her she said that she had written to you. Miss Graver who was here last week said that she knew the man Helem is marrying very well, he is from her hometown.
