Dear Marisol: ART IN AMERICA magazine has asked me to write a major article on drawings by contemporary painters and sculptors. In connection with the piece, which will appear in the Fall issue of 1964, the F A R Gallery at 746 Madison Avenue, New York, has agreed to turn their gallery over to the magazine for an exhibition of drawings. We should very much like to have your work in the exhibition and ask that you send three drawings to the F A R Gallery before May 1st, when all illustration for the article must be chosen. We feel that the show will be a most unusual one and we look forward to receiving your work for it. Sincerely yours, Charlotte Willard
