My dear Florence;
Since I heard from Frances that you got my last letter, which I thought lost, I will write you again a few lines.

The Milles arrived last week full of enthusiasm about Italy of course, They also said some nice words about you and so did Frances. We all miss you, that is sure.

The academy goes along fine.  We have plenty of students, both dormitories are filled.

Across the street [[strikethrough]] on the space between Rosemont and the garage will soon be built four residences and with the new museum they will start in the spring.  Mr. Booth's building "bug" is very much alive.  He also goes around looking for ancient things for the museum.  His last interrest is for Peruvian and Mayan art, which is not yet represented in our collections.

Marianne has not less than 15 students, some of them working really hard. From my own shop is not much to tell.  I have been working on a job ordered by Frank Lloyd Wright.  Two rugs and
