Dear Marjorie:
Our schedule might be tight in Tokyo, as we do not arrive until the 20th of September and I understand you are leaving for Kyoto that night. The evening of the 20th and the 21st we will be staying at the Century Hyatt Hotel in Shinjuku. Perhaps in any case you might be able to give us a call that evening there.
You do not say when you will be returning to Tokyo, but our show opens on October 15th and will run for two weeks. We will be there about a week before and will stay about a week more after the show opens. I don't know how long you intend to stay in Japan, but this might be just the wrong time.
We will be most of the time in Takamatsu, making our pieces, and you might let us know where you are staying in Kyoto. I could possibly give you a call. My address in Takamatsu will be Sakura Seisaku Sho, 1132-1 Mure-cho, Kita Gun, Kgawa Ken.
Looking forward to seeing you, if possible, in Japan, with all good wishes,

Sincerely yours,
