Simmons James B.

Says there seems to be a fair prospect of unifying the Home of Free Mission work in New Orleans. In the closing up or transfer of the Bureau work, asks that the Government - reserve funds enough to duplicate all they do in New Orleans. Hopes to be able to draw on the Government for from $75,000 to $100,000.
