OBERLIN COLLEGE,
OBERLIN, OHIO.

February 23d, 1870.

To the Bureau of R.F. & A.L.
Gentlemen
Herewith I send original bills in duplicate of two of the builders of "French Hall" (so called) a building erected by this College for the use of the Library Societies, Library, and Class recitations. I trust that they will be found satisfactory, and if so, you can forward the proposed amount, to my address in any form that will be convenient for you.

I send the returned papers reduced to $5000.00 thinking that you might wish to file them with the builders vouchers - if not you can destroy them

Yours Truly
George Kinney
