I have the honor to request authority to take down one brick bakery building, and one brick stable - the property of this Bureau, borne upon the "Land Report" known as the Pills Bakery property, situated in this city - and, to expend the materials in aiding in the erection of a High and Normal school building in this city. The buildings are not required for school purposes where they now stand.
