Gentlemen of the War Department.
Having been requested and employed by two gentlemen at Washington, D.C. Attorneys at Law, Practice in the Supreme Court, Court of the District, Court of Claims and all the Departments of the Government.

To get up all claims that the Loyal men of this vicinity may have upon the United States Government, for property taken or furnished the United States Troops during rebellion, also arrears of pay and Bounty of Loyal Soldiers, Pension &c. Which John B. Sanborn and Charles King, the Attorneys refered to propose to collect for 25 or 30 per cent.

I have a number of applications from the Loyal men of this vicinity to superintend their Claims both White and Colored
