The windows on the upper floor that open on the galleries shall run to the floor and have boned heads.
All the windows on both floors shall have inside blinds made in 4 folds, 1⅛ in thick all hung and secured in the best manner.

Doors
All the doors throughout shall be made 1¾ in thick, pannelled and moulded on both sides, hung on 4x4 inch loose butts and fastened with 5 inch morhee locks.
The sliding doors shall have sheeves ways and sliding door locks complete. all properly fitted and secured. The doors leading from the galleries on the upper floor shall be each doors with transums.

Inside Trimmings
The side walls on each story shall be finished 3 feet from the floor with tongued, grooved and beaded wainscoating secret nailed and capped with noseings.
The windows shall finish above the floor on moulded sills. All the rooms throughout each story shall be skirted with 10 inch moulded base where necessary. 
All openings shall be trimmed with 4 inch plain casings. All doors shall have yellow fine saddles. All fire places shall have the grates per in the best manner and filled with neat wood mantles of a modern pattern and the hearths set and neatly cased.

Privies &c
The privies in the rear shall be framed with 3x4 studs. The roof covered with shingles and the outside weather boarded. 
The interior to be partitioned off for two private apartments all to be lathed and plastered one coat, and a skin for whitewashing,
