BIOGRAPHY FLORENCE ARQUIN,/ formerly supervisor of the Easel Painting project and the present Assistant to the State Director of the Federal Art Project, WPA, for the State of Illinois, since 1936 Education: Specialized in Bacteriology and Serology, New York University Medical College and Columbia University. 1918-1919-1920. (Special concentrated courses for Laboratory Technicians during the World War.) Entered the School of Art Institute of Chicago in 1929 and graduated with B.A.E. degree.
