BIOGRAPHY formerly FLORENCE ARQUIN,/ Supervisor of the Easel Painting Projects and at present Assistant to the State Director of the Federal Art Project, WPA, for the State of Illinois, since 1936. (Special concentrated courses for Laboratory Technicians during the World War.)Entered the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1929 and graduated with a B.A.E. degree.
