would be for me to return now - It's true this place is quite lonesome but you can't have every thing. and after all I'm going to stay here only a few days more -

Your "illustration" of the building with the sculpture was swell - I'm so disappointed. Those blanks were the Diego Rivera murals in Chapingo - said to be his very best - I'm not taking any more indoors.

You ask me about Xmas - Gosh - its really hard to believe its almost here - when one sits out in the garden - There is nothing I really want from the states - However, all of Mexico is full of jewelry, textiles, pottery, etc. etc. etc - I'd like to bring some of it home. Also I'd like if possible to go to Oaxaca - (sp?) - where the Mount Albian [[Alban]] collection is and where they are excavating - It's an over-nite trip from Mex. City or 1 hr. by plane - (plane costs $25 American money) as against about 10 for the train - It's a dangerous thing to ask me what I want - cause I'm surrounded by things I want to bring home or do - Turn about is fair play - What can I get you and mama - Is there any thing you'd like? I won't send any thing - Ill bring it back with me because of the duty. which would probably be more than the value of what I'd send -
