I didn't have your letters for a long time now and I won't have them still for some time but [[strikethrough]] [[?]] [[/strikethrough]] I'm glad to know that I'll have plenty of mail accumulated when I'll be back at headquarters. I'll be around for a month or more and I don't know whether I'll be able to write you. From here I'm going east and I hope to make it. It's kind of not very safe, we'll travel by plane then by jeep or truck then by horse or just walk.

Now I enjoy a lot this place, it's very high, respiration is hard but the cleanest and coolest air possible. I'd like you to be here. I have a room in kind of hotel with a large bed and "I'm consuming myself in desire of you" I'm planning every detail of the complicated good time we'll have when I'll be home, sometime.
