June 11 1944

Dearest, I'm happy now to have finaly news from you, I was worried, I didn't get any mail from you for a long time. Today I got 2 V mail from Reno and one letter from Chicago and one from the train while you were on your way to Reno I didn't know how to take it, everybody got mail and somebody around received letters dated June while i had the last one from you dated May 18 and today even, your V mails are dated May 23- Probably it takes a few days more from the West Coast- so don't be worried if my mail will travel longer than usual. Dear, I'm happy you are fine and in good health, you say you didn't fare too well, but you are not sick, don't be sick- keep an eye on you and don't allow yourself to be sad or unhappy or sick

Now it's about 8 o'clock in the evening and I've sort of alone in the office which is the only place with good light and quiet this time of the day- I spend my evening quite often in the office, mostly making drawings. I had a period of time of my hands itching for drawings and I made quite a few-

Today I received also 2 cables from Geraghty One in which they say They received the first group
