The countryside is very lush and the dogwoods have been great this seson [[season]] but this week it is going to or is cold for some reason. I'm going to have a garden this summer as the college is giving anyone that wants one a plot to work with soo one of my colleagues' wife and I are going to have one. Hopefully we'll get started next weeek [[week]] on it a bit. Some things should already be out.

Incidentally I ate at a French resturant [[restaurant]] and they served a soup which was a kind of broth and then green snow peas raw were broken into it. Very attractive and very tasty. I thought of you and your snow pea fondness.

I need to go to school for some people are coming today and I have to straighten things up a bit and make plans for getting some lunch for them....
