Dear Mr. Tanner:

Thank you very much for your good note with enclosed check for $19.25. We will pay your bill to Budworth promptly.

I am anxious to know whether you are doing much work these days and whether it has taken a different trend.

Of course, I enjoyed the two paintings you sent over and I believe if you could send us a few more smaller pictures we would be able to make some sales, provided you would make the prices suitable to the times.

I recall with great pleasure your last visit to New York and I certainly hope your last visit to New York and I certainly hope you are well and happy.

Yours sincerely,
Erwin S. Barrie
Manager.
