Mr. Henry O. Tanner,
43 rue des Fleurus,
Paris VIe, France.

Dear Mr. Tanner:-
I appreciate very much your cablegram and also your letter of April 14th and I have written a long letter to Mr. Haverty today.

I think the best thing would be for you to box and send over the two pictures that are already finished and framed and you can either send them collect or send bill to me and I will reimburse you for packing and shipping expenses.

I appreciate very much your frankness and sincerity and will do all we can to take care of Mr. Haverty as peaceably as possible. I will appreciate it if you will get these two off as soon as you can and I will notify you as soon as I show them to Mr. Haverty.

Assuring you of my highest esteem, I am,

Yours truly,
Erwin S. Barrie
Manager.
