The Reids said they paid for catalog

Dear Ms. Parsons:

No announcements were sent out the other than through our Members Calendar since there was no private opening. The Reids were supposed to be contacted however, but for some reason were not. They were the first visitors on Tuesday. I was told they expressed pleasure with the way their piece was displayed. They were given a catalogue by our shop.We didn't send it to lenders because we assumed Berkley had already done so.

It would be customary for us to write letters of thanks at show's end.

The only lenders besides Betty Parsons Gallery appear to be the Reids and the museum of Modern Art.

Sincerely,
Willis F Woods
