Dear Richard: Enc losed you'll find copy of earlier letter of this date to Mr. C. Elam of The Detroit Institute of Arts, which is self-explanatory. For good order's sake, I enclose a copy of the Packing List applicable to the first cases which comprise this exhibition, which part was packed by our San Francisco Division and for warded for Detroit's show. Two additional cases, one from New York and one from Boston, were shipped directly to Detroit and their contents are unknown to us as one was packed by E. Lank of Boston and the other by Cirker's Hayes warehouse New York, per the information we received from Mr. Truman of the Betty Parsons Gallery, New York. Therefore, on the bottom of our applicable to the cases. If you have any questions relative to this I suggest you contact Mr. Truman. I understand that you opening is scheduled for July 3rd, with closing on/about September 1st, after which we shall attend to further transportation arrangements either to Philadelphia or West Germany.
