Mr. Robert C. Graham
1014 Madison Avenue
New York 21, New York

Dear Mr. Graham:

Your proposition as outlined in your letter of May 22, appeals to me, as it seems to me that the outright purchase of a part of the paintings and the balance on a commission basis is an equitable way of handling them. I would certainly agree to your having the exclusive right to sell them over a period of several years. We may discuss this matter when I come to New York which I hope will be during the week commencing June 24. I shall let you know the exact date.

I have made the arrangements for your visit to the warehouse, which should have reached you by now.

Very truly yours,

R Bluemner
