Mr. Robert Bluemner
13 Hamilton Street
Braintree, mass.
Dear Mr. Bluemner:
Further to your letter of May 24th, my partner and I got an opportunity to see the balance of the paintings at the Lincoln Warehouse day before yesterday. In regard to this I will look forward to seeing you the week commencing June 24th.
As a result of our visit I have changed my ideas on some of the paintings, and my partner feels that there is considerable work to be done in regard to the restoration of the paintings-primarily in that almost all of them should get a light cleaning, and surely a varnishing. However, I think we can discuss all these details when you come to New York.
Very truly yours,
Robert C. Grahm
