Dear Mr. Graham:
Thank you very much for your communication of yesterday, as well as for that of several weeks ago!
Somehow I had a feeling that the exhibition might be being postponed, and besides that I felt so tired after the Thanksgiving holidays, that we decided not to come to town last Saturday.
Acting upon your previous letter, I had requested the ladies at the Fogg Museum kindly to forward my share of the pictures down to your gallery, which I trust they did.
It is very understandable to me that there must be much work to be done in preparation for your new show of my father's paintings.
