Mrs. Vera B. Kouba
14 Avenue B
Cornwall-on-Hudson, N. Y.

Dear Mrs. Kouba:

I have your letter of January 18th, and regret that I have not been able to answer it before this time, but I have been away most of the time on appraisals out of town.

Concerning your inquiry about any other sales, the answer is negative. There were no sales of any of your things which we have on consignment, except the one which we paid you for.

We did sell two of the larger paintings - one to a collector who is going to give it to the Whitey Museum, and the other one to a private collector, and they were both paintings which we have had for a great many years, and had to put considerable amount of money into relining, restoring and framing.

I hope everything is well with you and Mr. Kouba, and we will keep you posted on any further sales.

Sincerely yours,
Robert C. Graham
