Personally appeared Irwin Waller & Parkam Allen who on oath says they were called on by Mr Archabald Jackson to appraise the crop of Lawrence Gardiner and they went over the crop and appraised it at two hundred and forty dollars for the whole crop which one half is one hundred and twenty dollars  Mr Waller Says on oath that he informed Lawrence that the whole crop was appraised at two hundred and forty dollars.
