Colonel,
Mr. A. E. Vickers, of Adams station on the South Western R.R. near Albany Georgia, this morning reported to me a shed building, one hundred feet long made of rough boards, on his premises, which was erected by the Confederates for a Commissary storehouse.

He is very desirous to have it removed, and will like to get the timber that it is built of.

I informed him I knew nothing of the building, but would refer the matter to you, in whose province it belonged.

Very Respectfully
Your obdt. servt.
E. B. Carling
