Carol Bly ROUTE 2, BOX 128-AA STURGEON LAKE, MN 66783 Telephone (218) 485-8454 March 29th, 1981 Dear Nellie, It is so lovely to have your new gallery announcement--thanks, thanks! Did I ever tell you what happens to your gallery pamphlets? I cut the colored print4ed off the cover or inside and frame them and they hang around. Right now the yellow chairs one is in the fake-gold-19th-century=girls'-school-artroom sort of frame in the kitchen. You are better than Matisse. I love to look at your paintings-prints. I wonder whatever it is like to wander into an exhibition and see the real thing--well, some day I bloody will. I have a book coming out Apr 22nd and will send you a copy. It is a bunch of rude essays about how mean the Lutheran Church has been to Scandianavians who otherwise would be OK people. I'll send it. Love and admiration, Carl also - Robert Bly's ex wife
