to bring some prints next year. It's lonely, alone in this house with only Sam, the Painter for company, but I feel much more positive than last year - when there always seemed a hope of reconciliation. Now I know [[there?]] isn't me I feel better and relations between Mig and I are better. We've settled on a sum which although stiff, is obviously a bargain, for me and in two years when it's all paid off, the house will be mine, which makes me feel more secure about the future. Mignon has bought an apartment at Primrose Hill, not far from Regent's Park, and pretty central. It's small but cheerful. Mark will have a room there - as he has here - and visit us alternate weekends.

I haven't managed to write to Sir William Coldstream yet - his number doesn't seem to be in the telephone directory. Do you happen to have an address for him? I'll do a bit of research at this end.

I hope your show was a success. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many paintings from Austria. It would be fun to go there - thank you for the offer and perhaps next year Mark and I could overlap with you, or something like that.

At the moment it doesn't seem possible and I'm getting ready for a summer of hard work.

Thats all for now. Please keep in touch. Have a good time in Gloucester. My very best wishes to Carolyn.

Love,
Terry.
