Dear Colonel,
The appropriation for school purposes under the head of "Rentals & Repairs for School buildings and Asylums" this year embraces "Construction" The National Theological Institute and University propose to secure a lot at Augusta. You can aid them in the erection of a suitable building for School purposes. in the usual way. You yourself will best know how much you can devote to that object. I have written this letter at the suggestion of Dr Tuncey President of the Institute.
