Requests that he may be appointed Agent of the B.R.F. & A.L. for Warren Co, Ga. That he is, and ever has been a Loyal Citizen of the U.S. That he is prepared to take any oath that may in justice be required of any other loyal citizen, he refers to the within named gentlemen for references, & states that if appointed he will do justice between man & man regardless of color.
