Dear Participants:
As publishers of MODERN ART ANNUAL Number I, we are submitting the following agreement to the participants in the New York meeting of April 21st and 23rd, 1950, at Eighth Street:

It is understood that we print in this Annual, double column, the edited text of these transcribed round table discussions (copy at your disposal at our office). Each participant will be served with a complimentary copy of the MODERN ART ANNUAL when published but there will be no other remuneration in any form.

We have a dead line set for going to press and we would very much like an early answer in which each of the participants gives his full and irrevocable permission for the use of the abstracts.

In the name of the editors of this new publishing venture, and ourselves, we hereby express our thanks in advance.
